just received Stefan's 2 dvd set - it is very clear and excellently recorded: strangely though, Windows Media Player refuses to play it but (relief) both PowerDVD and Roxio dvd program play it on my Vista
have been playing guitar for quite a while and experimented with folk picking but this dvd instantly highlights the fact that i have absolutely no alternate bass picking/melodic sync technique - it is going to take me a long time just to get the basics: think all my previous attempts at acoustic blues picking are 'string pinching' while flicking strings inbetween to simulate the alternation
oh that incredible flat 3rd in the open G chord - which has such a country-blues feel to it!
